EDWARDSVILLE A woman claims she tripped on a piece of rebar from a concrete parking bumper at the Secretary of State s Office in East Alton and suffered injuries. 
Diana Tinnon filed a complaint Jan. 21 in the Madison County Circuit Court against St. Louis Regional Airport, alleging negligence. 
According to her complaint, Tinnon was attempting to renew her license at the Secretary of State s Office located on Terminal Drive in East Alton, a property leased by the defendant. She alleges that after parking her car in the parking lot and walking towards the office building, her foot became caught on an exposed rebar on a broken concrete parking bumper. Tinnon claims she fell and hit the ground and landed on her knee and wrist.  ....
