Jul 14, 1961 Feb 05, 2021 Julie Ann Mills, age 59, of San Angelo TX, the daughter of Pat and Joel “Joe” Mills went to be with the Lord on Friday, February 5, 2021. Julie was a proud graduate of Texas Tech University. After working at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas for over 17 years, Julie relocated in 2001 to Mesa, Arizona to join her mother and step-father where she established her company Palaju, Inc. (Retail Services) where they operated a successful business. The name “Palaju” was derived from the first two letters of Pat, Larry and Julie. The ‘trio’ worked and played together. After the death of her mother and step-father, Julie returned home to San Angelo in 2017 where she joined the family of 1st Community Federal Credit Union as a Business Loan Officer.

Loading food into car trunks at a Lowcountry Food Bank distribution event Brenda Shaw grew up in southeastern Ohio, where her mother was the food service director for their local school system. She spent her summers helping her mother sort through the free and reduced breakfast/lunch applications for students. As she got older, Shaw volunteered at her church’s pantry. She eventually joined the board of directors of the Delaware County United Way and continued to volunteer at food distribution facilities in the region.
