Happened in North Charleston, South Carolina this past saturday. The officer was charged this afternoon. We want to warn you that video is graphic and were only going to show you parts of it but in it you can see the officer 33 year old Michael Slager shooting a blackman as he ran away. In a matter of seconds the video shows the officer pointing his gunfiring eight times at 50 year old Walter Scott Shooting him in the back as he ran away.
