The radio calls from the Oakland Police officer who was shot at are startling. I just got shot at. I cant get out of the car. Rob, its not often you hear about a shooting on the subway underground where theres little room to get away, but that is what happened here at nostrand avenue after midnight. At the subway stop this evening, an officer stands guard near the platform, less than 24 hours after a man was shot in the stomach here, waiting for a train. I think its horrible. Kentucky state police say the body was found on snag creek road off route 8 in foster, ky. Investigators had been out here since 6pm.
