Basically the second permit thats issued was one that was issued in error by the Planning Department because the way the plan they was finally able to see yesterday at the Planning Department because the permit didnt provide us with plans so we can look at it. They were going to give the approved set of plans to look at on the following conditions. We withdraw the jurisdictional request.
