The governor rejected the utilities plan and says it doesnt do enough to improve management or beef up procedures under the state wildfire in july. It is fair for Governor Newsom to criticize this company and fair for him i think to criticize this plan, but i think its somewhat unrealistic to expect the bankruptcy process to fix all the problems the company has.
