Hour. The storm sewers couldnt drain fast enough leading to some , flash flooding, with most drivers opting to plow their way through. Here at 20th and capitol, the waters rose over the curb and into the fruit and watermelon stand thats stood here for decades. It actually flooded by my watermelon stand. You can see right there.
