again has not worked. it s magical thinking. the numbers don t add up. again, as much as romney tried to walk away from the ryan budget, in both of their plans it s all about this theory of trickling down and giving back to the wealthy. so how are we going to it s not clear how to reduce the debt with massive tax cuts because, again, when you look at the record, it shows it is not the case so, again, talk about this and compare this to what president obama has proposed in terms of actual debt reduction. i actually think in some ways this is one of the more compelling points here. this is why paul ryan definitely does not deserve his reputation as a fiscal hawk. if you look at the implications of what he s proposing it s much larger deficits, a worse debt outlook. if you look at the president s budget, which is there in great detail to be seen through the process of raising some new revenues and cutting some serious spending, by the way, including medicare and
