Lady Flames Finish Final Prep For Nationals At Last Chance Meet Monday, May 17, 2021 - photo by Contributed The Lee women s track and field team took its final shot at reaching the NCAA D2 National Championships at the Lee Last Chance Meet from the Multi-Sport Complex on Saturday.   Celine Ritter recorded a time of 4:25.23 in the 1500-meter run and placed third in the event. Kristen Blevins dashed to a time a third-place finish in the 100 meter (11.86) and was seventh in the 200 meter (24.66).   Carissa Hall placed fourth in the triple jump with a school record mark of 11.87m. Deborah Rubin wrapped up an impressive junior season with a third place showing in the hammer throw with a toss of 45.89m. Kendra Irvine set a school record in the pole vault at 3.56m.

Lee Women In First After First Day Of Gulf South Outdoor Track And Field Championships Friday, April 30, 2021 Deborah Rubin and Celine Ritter posted gold medal performances to help the Lee University women’s track & field team to a first place standing following the first day of the 2021 Gulf South Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships. The Lady Flames accumulated 35 points in three scored events to lead second place Shorter University (27) by eight points. West Georgia is in third (17) and Alabama Huntsville is fourth (15) with Mississippi College (12) and Montevallo (11) in fifth and sixth, respectively.
