The brand is kicking off a year-long celebration with an exclusive live performance by the popular Rockstar crooner that fans from around the world will be able to watch simultaneously. Best of all, the event will be completely free to stream online.

P25 Music events in support of this year s anniversary. Music: Post Malone s Pokémon 25th Anniversary Song Goes Live Ahead Of This Weekend s Concert
Ahead of this weekend s Pokémon Day Virtual Concert featuring Post Malone, the singer has released a brand new cover song that s available to stream right now.
The track – a cover of Hootie and the Blowfish’s 1995 hit Only Wanna Be with You – can be heard up above. The original record was last seen on the Billboard charts 25 years ago, meaning it fits right in with Pokémon s 25th anniversary celebrations.
It ll feature in the concert as part of Post Malone s performance, which will be available to watch on Pokémon s YouTube and Twitch channels at 4pm PT / 7pm ET on 27th February (12am GMT / 1am CET 28th February). You can listen to the song via your favourite streaming services here.
Post Malone will launch a Pokemon Virtual Concert series that will run all year long. The virtual concert will start at 11.00 am AEDT on 28 February over YouTube, Twitch and the Pokemon website.
