Lawyer Jonathan Temm QC, who took part in some of the nation’s most high profile trials in recent years, including the Nia Glassie murder trial and the 2016 stop-go murder trial of Quinton Winders, has died. In a statement, the Law Society said it was with heavy hearts they learned of Temm s passing on Wednesday March 3, describing the Former Law Society president and Rotorua lawyer as a courageous, passionate man who dedicated much of his life to leadership roles at both local and national levels across the profession. ....
