Images of the white ford pickup truck as it left the parking lot around 7 00 this morning. So far, police have found no video cameras that captured the collision itself. The pedestrian ended up in the street near the curb at Florence Court where he was eventually declared dead. Police are not sure what he was doing during the time of the collision, whether on the sidewalk, trying to cross the street even though there are no crosswalks or doing something else. Police have interviewed at least one person who saw the accident and we spoke with another person who heard it. I kind of heard a hit but it wasnt like car hit, so i didnt really i wasnt interested in checking. And then the car sped off, thats all high heard. When you heard it sped off, how did you know it was speeding off. You could tell, it was burning rubber. According to police, the suspected driver jumped a sidewalk, cut through a gravel parking lot and sped off westbound on florence. The surveillance camera captured a licens
