We can see theyve pushed most of the vehicles off to the side. It was a multivehicle accident as chopper pans back you see what a tough morning commute it is. This delay stretches for miles and youre not expecting this kind of delay westbound headed towards University City coming off of the walt whitman bridge. Traffic is barely moving because of that accident.
