PUTRAJAYA, July 9 Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob clocked in at the Deputy Prime Minister s Office at Perdana Putra here today to start his duty as the number two leader in the country’s administration.
Clad in a blue suit, Ismail Sabri arrived at the Perdana Putra compound at 10am and was welcomed by the Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali and and Senior Deputy Secretary-General of the Prime Minister s Department  Datuk Jamil Rakon. ....

Getting undocumented workers for jabs


SHAH ALAM: The government is still looking into ways to reach out to undocumented foreign workers in the country to get them inoculated against Covid-19.
Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan said a ministerial meeting tomorrow would finalise methods on how to reach out to this group.
“My concern is how do we get in touch with those who have no documents, because without any form of assurance, I don’t think they will come out.
“This then defeats the purpose of us saying no one is safe but everyone is saved, ” he added.
Saravanan said a meeting with the Home Ministry, which was supposed to have taken place last Monday, would discuss more on foreign labour issues. ....
