Surviving. Has it been difficult to survive the last couple of weeks . Its gotten its getting worse. Stevens is picking up as many side jobs as he can and spending downtime with family, who has also been affected by the shutdown since any money he makes is going to his mortgage. Process is that we have to get out of the habit of governing by crisis.
