Bay County man faces 10-year felonies in child porn case

BAY CITY, MI A Kawkawlin Township man is facing two felonies for allegedly possessing child pornography.
Using a software program that helps law enforcement located child porn online, a Michigan State Police trooper noticed an IP address that from September to November 2019 had been advertising and offering to distribute at least five separate illicit videos. The videos depicted sex acts with children as young as 2, according to police reports contained in court files.
Investigators determined the IP address was registered with Charter Communications. On being served with a warrant, the company provided police with information linking the IP address to the Kawkawlin Township residence of 54-year-old Daniel L. Burger. ....
