Today the infants parents headed to court. Authorities charged the Delaware County couple with endangering their children after the mauling. And endangering the welfare of a child. However, sources say charges could be upgraded. Again, that little boy, 2 years old, his lifeless body taken to a Doctors Office where his mother was working. Police say grafton was alone with the child for a significant period of time on tuesday. They say it was late in the afternoon when he brought the boy to the Doctors Office where his mother worked and cpr was performed. We went by the apartment where police say all of this happened. There was no answer at the door. We also went to the Doctors Office just downstairs from that apartment. No one was there. The sign on the door says the office is closed on wednesday. The complaint says the boy was in the bathtub for an hour unattended with his face down put bethey also point to numerous bruises on the body. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed.
