Now they have a long battle ahead. Good evening. Im dan ashley. He is damon pashil jievment he was booked on 17 counts of arson for fires in lake county including the 4,000 acre clayton fire. His charges will likely be enhanced because homes have been destroyed. He has been arrested a dozen times before mostly for parole vie layings, mostly weapons and drug charges. Katie was at the emotional meeting where investigators announced the arrest. She is there live. Katie . Ama and dan, the fire lines are holding tonight and the fire is mostly contained in an area that is outside of town and they will be staying at the twin pine casinos. Tonight is full of cheers and tears. On 17 counts of arson. It is hard to look at that man and know he caused all of this. ....
