Thats the state agency that manages government operations. What the audit found is that a former top attorney in the Branstad Administration was not qualified for the position that he was in. And was paid 22thousand dollars more than he should have been. Attorney ryan lamb left his job last year after a scandal involving secret settlements paid to former state employees. Essentially, hush money was given to employees with grievances. The auditors report shows lamb was paid for the nearly four months was serving in the Army Reserves as a lawyer. Even though he should have only been paid for 30days. There was no notice of a military leave in the persons employee file.
