Iowa has too many roads for future needs. That assessment comes from department of transportation director paul trombinin. Trombino says the current Transportation System will shrink. Travel is changing over time and so will the number of roads, bridges and rails. Trombino doesnt believe iowa can afford to road miles and 25thousand bridges.
