Police say the officers partner fired back into the suspects vehicle. A short time later the bulletriddled truck was found abandoned in east oakland. Based on information from the vehicle we have identified a person of interest. Tonight haywards police chief say they have arrested a suspect, 21yearold Mark Anthony Estrada, an oakland man they say has ties to a gang. Mark estrada is a 21year old from oakland. The suspect worked for his Fathers Company in hayward. Although police say he has gang ties, they dont think he has a criminal history.
