Kilkenny welcomed a major European gathering on intellectual property rights last week as The Marble City hosted the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
Ristorante Italiano (555 Soquel Ave.), which had been serving customers since 1982, is now closed. The owners posted on their website and on social media a message that included, “It is with a heavy heart that after 42 years we must inform our loyal customers and friends that Ristorante Italiano has decided to close its doors. … It has been a privilege and honor to have been able to serve all of you.”
