We have not yet received any indication that a member of the public wishes to address you on the items listed. However, they have an opportunity to do so now by pressing star 3 if they have already dialed in. Since there is a slight delay between our speaking and sf gov tvs live streaming, we will go ahead about wait about ten seconds or so, giving folks an opportunity to indicate whether they would like to speak on the items for discussion in closed session. Welcome to the staff as well as members of the public, and i also have the pleasure of telling you im chairing the meeting today because it was commissioner bernals his 50th birthday, and i cant imagine why anyone would want to take their 50th birthday off.
