Updated: 6:24 PM EDT Apr 1, 2021 The Baltimore City Health Department now has a one-stop portal for all residents to pre-register for COVID-19 vaccine.Announced Thursday, the website, covax.baltimorecity.gov, is a vaccination pre-registration portal for all Baltimore City residents aged 16 and up.There are no longer separate forms for separate groups of people. The health department is now using one single form to preregister eligible city residents. The system does not work on a first-come, first-served basis. The health department will continue to focus on equity and vaccinations of higher-risk individuals first.Anyone who has already registered with the city to get an appointment does not need to use the new portal as they are already on the city s list.
