Two months from today two months from today, families across the country are going to celebrate the Fourth of July. Our goal by July 4th is to have 70 per cent of adult Americans with at least one shot and 160 million Americans fully vaccinated, said Biden.

New Delhi [India], March 9 (ANI): As the second phase of the COVID-19 vaccination drive is underway in India, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda on Tuesday received his first shot of the vaccine here. India has proved under the leadership of PM Modi to be the leader in COVID-19 management. The world s largest vaccination programme is underway in India, said Nadda after receiving the COVID-19 vaccination.
The nationwide COVID-19 vaccination has crossed 2.3 crores coverage, informed the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Tuesday.
The ministry said more than 2 million vaccine doses were administered in the last 24 hours.

MUMBAI: Additional municipal commissioner (Health) Suresh Kakani on Monday took the Covid-19 vaccine at Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation-run Nair Hospital.
“There is no need to fear or worry. The Covid-19 vaccine is totally safe. There is enough stock of vaccines and the vaccination is going on smoothly in a phased manner,” Kakani said.
At the moment, apart from the BMC-run centers, Covid-19 vaccination is being carried out at 21 centers.
After vaccinating health care workers in the first phase, now frontline workers are being vaccinated in the second phase. Kakani was vaccinated as part of the second phase along with frontline workers.
