Let us go through a few places that illustrate very dramatically and visually, what it means to live in a society of different people who helped stick together because they believed in a rule of law. Good evening. Tonights landmark cases, 1960 fives griswold v. Connecticut, with a seven to two decision, the justices in this case establish a constitutional right to privacy. Its set in motion the expansion of privacy rights that continue till today over the next several decades.
