Dave Arnold’s death on Sunday morning following his 15-month-long battle with brain cancer. He was 49. The former longtime Lebanon County district attorney, who held his senatorial post since last January, died at home with his wife Alicia and daughter Reese at his side. As the senator for the 48th District, he represented all of Lebanon County and portions of Dauphin and York counties. Gov. Tom Wolf ordered the commonwealth flag on all commonwealth facilities, public buildings and grounds to fly at half-staff immediately.
