Anderson-Burgos as her legislative aide. Duffy said Anderson-Burgos brings bilingual skills to the position, offering the office a critical link to Holyoke’s Latino population. She defeated Ward 3 City Councilor David Bartley and Pat Beaudry in the September primary. Duffy, who served on several city boards, ran unopposed in the November general election in the 5th Hampden District after defeating Pat Beaudry and Ward 3 City Councilor David Bartley in September’s Democratic primary.
