Council voted unanimously Monday night, April 19, to approve a rezoning and site plan for the project at 700 N. Main St. Auburn Hills-based Trowbridge Companies plans to build 22 market-rate condos in two rows with a middle courtyard. “We want to thank the city of Ann Arbor’s team approach of working with us to help bring this wonderful project to fruition,” said project architect Bill Jarratt of Jarratt Architecture. ....
