We have 53,000 hospital beds available. Now the curve suggests we could need 110,000 hospital beds and that is an obvious problem and thats what we are dealing with. You have the nations role in the situation. You also have the states role. Call anwhat they Emergency Management situation and there are rules for Emergency Management. Who does what. The state governments, local governments manage an emergency unless the emergency overwhelms the capacity of the local government. And then the higher level of government takes over.
