Nearly 20hour standoff with the gunman who shot and killed a delaware state trooper has come to a dead lid end. Deadly end. The gunman was killed after coming out of the house and engaging police. The standoff came after Corporal Stephen ballard was shot and killed in bear, delaware. Chopper 6 hd was over the scene this morning. The house was heavily damaged during the police operation.
