We can and must do better to make sure no worker in this country is forced to choose between financial security as a healthy and a healthy pregnancy. This bill would finally establish a right to reasonable accommodations to all pregnant workers and it would guarantee that pregnant workers can seek those accommodations without facing discrimination or retaliation.
