Its the evening commute that i can concerned about. Well start to see snow break out after 2 00 or 3 00 this afternoon. We could see some snow squalls. When you talk about a snow squall, it is a burst that is brief but its a burst of heavy snow that can coat the roads quickly, cover them with snow, make it slippery and reduce the visibility. Thats what were watching for right now mainly clear and it is is cold. Teens showing up north and west of boston. 19 beverly, 15 worcester. 23 in town but we have teens showing up all the way down to cape this morning. Fortunately the winds are light and again the skies are clear. What were watching here off to the west is racing toward us. It will hold off until i think after 2 00 or 3 00 this afternoon. Who tell me yes this is a serious injury that this 17yearold boy suffered after being struck by a stray bullet while standing innocently in his kitchen. That bullet was entered the siding in his home went through the wall and entered his body. Hes now at a hospital of course getting treatment. Take a look at the video we the shot just in the last hour. You can see investigators out there on the scene placing evidence markers down searching for a possible the shooter in that area. What we have learned is that there has just been gunfire erupting throughout the night over the past three hours. Police were here earlier in the night they came again when that 17yearold boy was shot and then they peeled out of the parking lot near where we have been standing to head over to another scene where more than a dozen bullets had been fired. We did speak with a neighbor who tell us us that shes terrified to be where she is after her Family Friends ....

But you can see by about 3 00 this afternoon some rain showers firing up south of boston. But very quickly by 5 00 p. M. , notice how rapidly the snow is filling in along and north of the pike. That is going to continue and we are going to see the potential for a burst of very heavy snow with reduced visibility. And that snowcovered roads are a possibility as we go through the evening hours into early tonight. Snow will make its way to the coastline as well before this all winds down tomorrow morning. So the amounts are not all that high. Its just a coating ....
