Help answer the question about the needs of where we might be able to hybridize or civilianize parts of our staffing where opportunity presents itself, especially to help answer the question about being able to alleviate some of the stress in our custody staff, and put them in areas, reassign in areas where custody is, where the demands are most pronounced. And so, one area that were taking some proactive move is in our it department of a staggered roll out of us being able to bring in civilians where there are four sworn deputies and supplant for the civilians two sworn deputies and be able to help reassign those deputies in other areas. Technologically, the department has come a long way, but i believe through its Customer Service initiatives so that for the general public and those who have business with the Sheriffs Department, both on the incarceration custody sid ....
Military one source about military culture. And so, our association has been asking for, lets make sure that we have, either a, um, a ceu thats out there for providers to go and take on our military culture. And actually, the department of defense has created one. But also, making sure that a curriculum gets built with in all the schools a that, um, offer courses for Behavioral Health providers or even for our Family Practice doctors. So, they understand what military culture is and so thats within their practice from then on. But samhsa has a wonderful state policy academy not only as far as educating about the military being out there, but the states themselves getting together talking about ways in which they can make things better for the military. Of the state policy academies, we have had 3, and 23 states have been through them already. And so, each of those states ....

You are familiar with the fact that california is moving to a managed care model for health care deliveriy and in San Francisco, that means that health care for people on medical, and for people on medical and medicare will be managed care. In San Francisco there are two plans that are responsible for providing that health care delivery. One is San Francisco health plan and one is anthem bluecross. San Francisco Health plan is the nonprofit provider and anthem bluecross is the forprofit provider. In San Francisco we have the twoplan model.
