Police saw fiveyear old playing what looked like a candy wrapper. Closer look revealed drugs in a folded wax paper and then students lunch box there were 29 more packets. Police say it is heroin. The problem is it was in the childs home. Reporter Charter School released a short statement saying they are following the procedures specified by law and working closely with the local authorities to handle this manner.
