Kota Kinabalu: The High Court on Monday allowed the application by Sabah Action Body Advocating Rights (Sabar) to amend its originating summons, challenging the Territorial Sea Act 2012 (TSA), to add certain articles of the Federal Constitution.
Kuala Lumpur: The special interim grant of RM300 million for Sabah is expected to be presented during this Parliament session, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Sabah, Sarawak, and Special Functions) Datuk Armizan Mohd Ali said.
