Somebody who was traveling on the truck that the train hit. And we also know that there was one person who was critically injured and taken to an area hospital who was also traveling in the truck. We also know now that congressman jason lewis of minnesota was transported to a hospital. We have a photo of him with his neck in a brace being treated by medical percesonnel. We dont know at this point the extent of his injuries. We heard from an aid previously there was one member of congress who was hurt who was standing up when this accident occurred.
