concern over spending and the reach of government. so the fact is, if they just think that health care is what s making people upset, or the economy is depressed and so it s making the electorate upset with them, they re making a mistake. they need to see the entire picture. it is not just a jobs picture. that s probably the most important. but it is everything else as well. it doesn t seem that the president is really shifting gears on that philosophy of sort of those wide-reaching programs we just saw health care reform pass. so what are we going to see the effects to be in the 2010 mid-term elections? i mean this is obviously going to come into play. they have a few months left. the congress leaves in august, so this narrative really will be cemented in the next four months. they leave in august to go home to campaign for re-election and usually by then, everything s pretty much decided in the voters mind. for these mid-term elections where only the angry and the concerned turn
