Well, good morning, ladies and gentlemen. And its a great pleasure to be back here. It is not a quiet time in global events. In fact, i can never remember a more turbulent time. But what a better time to talk about the relationship between the United Kingdom and the United States. In fact, when Winston Churchill first used the term special relationship, he did it during his speech in fulton missouri. Which is of course better remembered for his use of the phrase iron curtain for the first time. But when churchill spoke about the special relationship, he did so as a wartime leader.
