The practical needs are certainly an element of consideration, a comprehensive agreement, but so are our concerns about their ability to have Nuclear Weapons, which is prairie that they not obtain a Nuclear Weapon. And so whenever the final agreement is, that is the assurance that is most of concern to us. I appreciate that.
