So this is expected to provide full scope coverage to 90,000 undocumented in the first years across the state. So very excited about providing increased coverage to the population in need. And on june 4th the board of supervisors passed legislation to implement sb1045, sponsored at the state level by senator mark wiener and locally by mayor london breed and supervisor mandelman to provide care for San Franciscoians in need who have Severe Mental Health and Substance Abuse disorders. Longtime Business Owners saying this is the worst they have ever seen. This is survei shared by the owner of this liquor store. He said last week carloads of young men stormed into his store at 5 00 a. M. Wearing black hoodies. He said six state outside, six came inside with garbage bags and methodically stole other cigarettes and high end tequila, cognac, and champagne, ransacking the place. Not far away, this liquor store on redwood road had a similar invasion. Several people in the store stealing cash and cigarettes, and only the expensive alcohol. Last week, a car rammed into the front window and door of this Convenience Store on 23rd avenue, again with six people and three vehicles involved. At 4 00 a. M. Yesterday, a similar highest caught on Surveillance Video at a 7eleven in downtown oakland, with more than a dozen suspects in hoodies arriving in multiple vehicles.
