Our client, a Fortune 100 Company based in the Southeast, seeks a VP Regulatory and Compliance Counsel with global responsibilities. There will be a competitive compensation package of base plus bonus and equity. Ideal candidates will have experience in government or law enforcement (DOJ, Customs, ICE/INS, Homeland, Customs, etc.), and will have both public and private sector experience.This role will provide overall management direction to the company Trade Networks regulatory compliance department, and ensure compliance with all laws and regulations governing the Company’s activities on a global basis. You will also provide direction to the Company’s executive committee in the area of regulatory compliance, and represent the Trade Networks’ regulatory positions to governmental agencies.
