Any member of the assembly who is arrested and charged with dui will lose the privilege to operate whats known as a pool vehicle. A government perk provided to lawmakers to help them easily get from place to place in sacramento. Most people dont even know we get a taxpayer. Funded car. Its a state vehicle. The state pays the tax. The state pays the gas for the car. They take care of it. And i think thats a privilege. And so when you violate that privilege and you violate the trust of the public.
