Where do i want to play and how do i get to rebuilding my life . How do i become a part of a policy system . How do i become a voter . You know, how do i get my life back in my dreams back in my goals back. Some of the things that we need to be thinking about are what do we do to support those coming back home to become constructive members of our community . To be useful and productive in our world. I think that polls have shown us that americans the people no longer want to see these numbers and these institutions built. Theyre looking at other ways in order other ways to handle people with Mental Health issues and drug addictions, which really drive the numbers in our prisons and in our jails, but i think that what we have done over the last three decades is really built this mass incarceration vehicle that has driven and driven and driven the numbers of men and women and children into the systems and now were realizing that its not working, its broken, its too costly, its taking lives that we could handle differently. So, thats where we have landed. But the system keeps churning away. And i am very happy to see a proposition in california like proposition 47, that the people can go and cast their vote, and this machine will have to downsize. So, i think that its out of control. Irregardless of what we the people are looking ....

Reporter well frank according to the Marin County Sheriffs Office, the pilot was scheduled to fly a single engine beechwood plane from brookings, oregon to the marin County Airport monday night. Seven miles from that airport, air Traffic Controllers got two messages from that plane. One, a report of engine trouble. Followed by an electronic distress signal around 9 30 monday night. This morning that was all thats left of the plane. Off hicks valley road in marin county. Until loved ones are notified we are only being told the pilot was male. People told Law Enforcement what they heard.
