Wanted residential ounl because mixed use sites introduce a degree of difficulty in the financing but we realized quickly we needed to change the rules to broaden the potential sites well be looking at sites that are less than 5 units and were looking at mixed use projects as well but still its not happening as fast as we hoped so were working with groups and several Nonprofit Developers we have one site in contract were analyzing were hoping we can close very quickly and we have multiple sites were analyzing right now so definitely not going as fast but were streamlining it. In a similar model where a nonprofit will acquire those. Its not the city acquiring it well be in partnership with a First Mortgage lender to get the fund.
