According to the San Francisco fire department, a man working on a sewer line here near the corner of oak and to visit daraa was trapped beneath 8 to 10 feet of dirt and concrete. When the trench around him collapsed upon arrival, fire crews immediately launched an effort to dig down and rescue him. It took over 2 hours in over 50 firefighters working together actively reach the individual. The individual for signs of life .
