Work on a major upgrade to a Fenland village hall has continued despite lockdown and is almost complete.
The extension to Gorefield Community Hall and Pavilion has seen improvements that will allow for an extra room as well as a separate bar and lounge area.
The upgrade is largely due to £198,000 of funding to Gorefield Parish Council from the Government s Communities Capital Fund, provided via Cambridgeshire County Council.
