murder. lucas tomlinson is here with details. lucas: chaos in a matter of seconds, richmond police chief describe one suspect. another individual is in custody, 19 years old, we believe was involved in the shooting. in consultation with the attorney s office, we plan to seek charges for second degree murder times two for that individual, with more potential charges to follow. lucas: seeven people were shot and two killed at the graduation at virginia commonwealth university. at least 12 others were injured. witnesses describe the scene as utter chaos. 20 gunshots were heard. a witness described elderly people getting knocked to the ground. among the dead, a male student and a man who attended the graduation. it took place a mile from the state building. glenn youngkin says our hearts break, tonight we grieve for classmates, neighbors and the richmond community. multiple handguns were discovered at the scene. todd: tough story there. fox news alert, pope frances ....
