lIn road closures this week, Darlington Borough Council have announced the temporary road closure of South View in Heighington from its junction with Darlington Road westwards to the east side of its junction with Garthlands. ARKADIJS PETROVS, 41, of Oxford Avenue, Southampton. Proved guilty in absence of failing to comply with the requirements of a community order. HARRY JUNIOR PAUL EDWARDS, 35, of Collier Close, Southampton. Convicted of two counts of racially aggravated harassment and two counts of possession of a Class B drug. Committed to prison for 12 weeks, suspended for 24 months. Ordered to pay £820 compensation, £122 victim surcharge and £620 court costs. ....
