Beginning Jan. 4, restaurants in Pueblo County and many other Colorado counties were allowed to resume in-house dining at 25% capacity with no more than 50 people, leaving Pueblo West restaurants optimistic about the change.
“I think people are still kind of scared,” Do Drop Inn co-owner Donna MacFarlane-Franz said. “Weekdays are a little slower than weekends, so I don’t know what will happen this weekend. But it has been good, and the 25% capacity is working so far.”
After a spike in coronavirus cases in October, Pueblo County moved on Colorado s COVID-19 Status Dial from Level Orange to Red, which limited restaurants to carryout and delivery service. ....
